I like the shape of the house! It’s definitely got a nice style.
However, I don’t know how to feel about the colors. The red just makes it look too much like a farm in my opinion.

The house looks great but I agree with Crashee, It sort of feels like a farm. I would also add some plants and bushes in the front yard to make it look less bare.

I think it’s really good. The fence is a little too thick in my opinion. Also, the house is wayyyy too red, I’ve never seen a house that red.
But for real, it looks good.

The house looks decent, however the house holds a basic color and materials definitely try placing some house siding to it I’ll improve the overall design. doesn’t seem to feature any other type of textures or material on the build maybe try adding a different material. So it doesn’t look the same as the roof, consider finding one that matches with the build.
I would try to focus on the little details, it kind of has that simple design to the build. Add some lights to the building by the door, try looking at a few images to get the material you want on your house it might help you out try to not make the material similar and repetitive. Regardless, the build looks great.

Ultimately I’d say the house looks pretty well-made and very stylish in terms of its design, but I would make changes to the color as it looks more like a barn than it looks like a house. As Cryptic said, adding plants & bushes perhaps would make the overall build stand out a bit more. 
Looks great, But the color is kinda weird and I fine it does not look that modern. It looks more like a farm. Most modern houses these days have a lot of glass and are mostly white to kind of get that aesthetic feeling i guess. I recommend you change the color to a less darker red and make it less thick.

Great House!, Ageeeing With Others It does look like a farm however. Great Nevertheless. You could make the gate thinner & Perhaps A Lighter Brown. In My Opinion.

Really simple modern house. Remins me of happy town of robloxia. I rate that a 8/10 and i would pay 600-750 robux for that model.

I tried decorations but most of us country people mow our lawns.
If you meant countryside This is pretty good. I like the realistic Touch to it.

Like the realistic feel it as. It’s pretty good, but I have a few suggestions. Asking for a rating on my builds is against the forum rules
Since you have built an exterior the space should be used properly. Currently it looks as if you just have an open space with no other objects around, since your going for a more countryside house, this space should be filled with different assets (trees, chairs, bushes, potted plants etc.)
Scenery. I see you started with the grass decoration around the entire land, but I would suggest adding more around the build to create more of an nature environment. This extra detail can be in the form of trees, bushes, flowers, if needed etc. Just add things to give the build a welcoming location, so that it doesn’t just stand alone on a plain grass area. This will greatly improve the overall design your going for.
