I would like some feedback on my rocket spawn menu for my upcoming game. What can I improve on?

At the moment it doesn’t look that great, you need to roundify the menu out to make it actually look good. You also need to work on the colors of the menu. For example the black background of the menu, needs to be changed to a darker gray rather than it being fully black, you should also add little buttons around the “Small”, “Medium”, and “Large” texts as you did for “Delta IV Heavy”. Another thing are the fonts, you should experiment around with some fonts to see which one really fits the theme of your menu.

I’m not sure what you’re talking about there, they should all be the same?
So you know how you have a darker box around the “Delta IV Heavy” text rather than it blending in with the background, that’s what I mean by that. Except for the Small, Medium, and Large text having a similar look to the Delta IV Heavy text.
The UI is good. Though one thing that I would say to improve is the font. Make the font bold and standing out maybe and change up the colours a little maybe. Looks good overall! 
Tweening might make UI much better, try doing a fade in + push right/pull left transition for the pages
This looks nice. But you can make it look way more cooler with the use of a simple plugin called Roundify. This plugin can make round corners which looks better and is a must indeed. You will also need to add tweening to animate Fade In or Fade out! You’re on your way to be a cool UI Designer! Good luck.

If possible, I would love to see the ‘mini rocket’ picture in the ‘Rocket Info’ to spin around 360 degrees, so that the player can get a better idea of what it’s going to look like.
Well I would suggest some of these things to improve your UI:
Roundify
Make the selection line thinner
Add maybe a white outline at the bottom
Make the Rocket Info text bigger
@DaffyDavinko In some cases, I wouldn’t recommend roundifying everything, it can be for an aesthetic reason (seriousness or etc)
Aside from that, I would have padding with the text ontop since it seems very close to the box below. same goes for other text labels including the buy (seems oddly close to the bottom). Might also want to remove that border with the scrollbar/scrollframe.
