I like it, I’m just wondering what the part count is.
Regarding the designs, and furniture. The blue chairs that were shown can use a bit of improvement. Maybe try to make something alike on blender.
The place a is a bit empty, maybe you can add some tables, paintings, etc?
Regarding the lighting, it’s great. I got no comment on it.
Also, perhaps add some more decor to the place in general.

I really would like to use Blender again, but it shows me to update it, but when I want to update it, there is always an error. I was thinking already of adding paintings there, but I wasn’t sure what images I should use.
It looks really good. If you add paintings I recommend adding modern type paintings that match the color theme of the build. Try adding some modern wall decorations as well.
