Feedback for a multi- use community management system?

Hello Devforum! I am Cam, I’ve been on the platform for just over two years. I do a lot of Lua scripting (Front and backend.) but, I have been really proficient within application and web development.

As of current I am working on a project I call CamoBlox. It is a multi-use system that logs staff activity, session management commands, Trello-ban-system (in progress), and a discord bot that you can use for group management. (Fire, Promote, Demote, Moderation Commands, etc).

I expect to release the full project for free within a few weeks. The plan is to make it free but you provide all the hosting. (Yes, I will create an entire guide on how to set-up and use it.) But, I am currently on edge of how to release it? Shall I provide frequent updates, should I make it paid after a 62 hour free release? (Eventually I will open source all of it.)

What I would like to know is who would have interest, suggestions, or ideas for a project I have been working on? The choice is yours to decide what you would like to see in this system! All suggestions welcome, I cant promise I’ll reply to all comment but I will read all of them.

Thank you,
Cam

sounds legit, very cool idea and good features, as for release it doesnt make sense to release it for free for 62 hours then eventually make it open source, atleast to me. id probably just make it free, release updates every now and then, or if you want, you could have it be paid as well, its entirely up to you, if you feel its worth to be paid for, then do that, although im not smart on releases or ideas so you can do what u feel that’s best!

Thank you for the suggestion! I was really asking how would everyone like to see the release go. I’m now think some paid features but the majority of the bot will be free and open source.

I would love to hear others opinions on this though!
