You might want to consider making the water a bit more realistic looking.
I admire the look and feel of this place, however for the first image, the purchase signs on the side look a bit low quality, I reccomend improving the look of that. Maybe change the button?

I’m not good at graphics design sorry I will eventually hire on to do those.
The water is meant to look like that my cafe wasn’t meant to give a realistic feel l like some other games.
Maybe you should use the roblox terrain water generator or the Region create.
This looks really nice but very big. I’d suggest trying different colors. At the top of your build in the first pic, some of the parts are off. Otherwise, this is very impressive. I suggest you also turn your graphics up as it’ll make studio look better. 
I specifically wanted to avoid using that.
The main theme of green is great; however, the green used in this case it a bit dull and boring, it also matches the grass and plantation around the area.
