Feedback for Demo Lobby Wanted!

Ahem, by crowd, I meant you tried to fill everywhere in the lobby, which makes it look like “small”, for details, you can make some of the planks broken, and add fishing rods etc. If there is not any.

I was going to do foliage next

No problem, I’ll tell you if I can find anything else you can improve, I’d love to see this looking even better, despite it already looking great right now!

The special reset button? It does for me and everyone else?

The picture of the house looks a bit bland. Usually the wooden planks are vertical, no issue though. Just use material flip

That looks classic and nice, I recommend adding stuff to do in that lobby and changing the style of the Donation Wall but overall it looks amazing. keep it up

It would be better to change the pillars colors to darker color.

Made the beams darker

The place, looks great. Overall, the style and theme is decent. I would, however, recommend placing more things around the lobby! But just from my opinion, I think there would be more added to the lobby later down the line.

In my opinion, I’m not liking the pillar color I feel like you should go for a dark brown or something similar I usually see pillars holding a overhang roof acting as a support beam. Maybe add some vacant things like shops/buildings to make it a little more lively buildings so players could buy things while they wait inside the lobby not sure if that is already added!

You also might be able to add some obstacles or an small obby somewhere in the lobby so players could interact with each other instead of walking around doing nothing I’m the obby if this is already planned I feel like you should add quest that players will have to achieve that’ll make players come back to play your game!

At the start it looks amazing, I’d be interested to play the game once it’s fully release.

Thanks for the feedback
(I’m replying assuming you played the lobby)
We have a shop, it’s the building with the tilted flat roof :stuck_out_tongue:
By supports do you mean these?

Because I changed it, it now looks like this:

We also have a lobby section to entertain waiting players (as seen in game, we currently only have Tic Tac Toe), as lobby times can range from around 0-15 minutes, with a spectate option.

(Published latest version, check it out to see if you’re happy )

Yes I played the game I probably didn’t walk all over the dock I mainly was staying around were the shop was maybe I missed something, and yes I’m referring to the support objects that are placed in the walls making the building have some support.

If the little cabin, hut was the shop, consider adding some sort of sign something to have a resemblance of a shop because I was in the game and I couldn’t still if that was a shop adding a sign hanging from the side of the building could improve it more. I can’t still if that is a darker or lighter red or brown however, I feel like the improved one looks good, at the end of the day it’s all up to you to see which color matches on support pillars.

This is just my opinion but from your point of view the color you added before was probably already good.

And here we can see the SHOP sign facing the shop
(how’d you miss this lol)

Here are a few tiny mistakes I found in your game:

  1. one of the butterflies were placed inside the pillars for the dock and there seems to be some tiny cylinder on top of it for some reason.
  2. the beach ball looks like it’s walking on water like Jesus. I suggest you unanchor the part to make sure it floats on water naturally and lower the density of the ball to make it lighter.
