the edges of the roof doesn’t look right to me. they look too flat and extended compared to the rest of the roof. The rest of the building is really cool and well made. the lighting and stuff is done very well too.

the building itself is very nicely done. but it doesn’t look haunted. you need to add more concept to it. some small details that could add a lot is perhaps a headstone out front, barricades on doors and windows edit: i see these have already been added, but i think improvements could be made to them. perhaps smashed glass? or making them more horizontal and using darker wooden planks, vines trailing on the walls, etc.
and typically with haunted scenes they take place at night time, just to add to the spookiness. consider changing your time and messing about with lighting in order to convey the hauntedness and give the build more personality
It’s a very nice build. I think the sun doesn’t make the building look haunted. I would make the lighting darker. How long did this take you?
