Feedback for my new obby/puzzle game!

Hello! I’ve spent a lot of time the past 2 months working on a new game and Its come a long way, but still a lot of work to do. I’m curious about what people think of it right now so I know how to aim for the future.

My Vision

My vision for this game is for it to be a more “open-world” puzzle game where you can explore the map and find many puzzles, and eventually be able to create your own in-game and submit it to the community. I’m a fan of some open-world games and I’m also a huge fan of obbies and puzzles, as well as some sandbox games so I decided to combine them. You are able to buy cosmetics or more map features with coins you earn, and upgrades or stuff for game progression with gems(you will not be able to buy gems for Robux to prevent p2w). Later down the line I’m going to experiment with more “game modes” including endless mode, verses where you go against others, and much more. I have many more ideas but I will be here forever typing them.

Screenshots

My current project is an open world “RPG” Bobby with multiple courses and puzzles scattered throughout the world.

these were taken without Atmospheric lighting which has now been activated

Spawn

Players spawn on this island and are given a tutorial to understand all of the mechanics.

Trials

Trials are hidden all throughout the world. This is the first and easiest one.

The second one is going to be one of the most difficult in the game, inside the Volcanic Depths. The inside has not been built yet.

Islands

There are two main map areas made. The first one is called “Visarra Island” which has a small town, meadow, volcano, and cave region.

The second island is much bigger. “Creekside Island” contains a medium-sized town, two underground cave systems including a mine(WIP), and a cliffside overview of the world and a small park at the top.

Currently, there are two main islands built, with the only current dungeons in the depths of volcano island. Im curious how it works performance-wise or just feedback on the world or any bugs and suggestions, criticism, everything.

You can give feedback by clicking the “!” button in the bottom right corner of your screen or by replying to this thread. Do what you prefer.

Currently, there is no main tutorial. I plan on adding one once most core features are added, instead of having to go back to it every time I make something. For now its just a sign so that is temporary.

Thanks to anyone who helps me out! Thanks for reading.
