[FEEDBACK] Fresh-Started Training Centre

Hey guys,

I recently started on a new Training Centre and I would like to know if you like this style of this build.

It looks amazing, play around with the colours though just so it doesn’t give off a bland and grim look. light pink, lighter beige, light green etc. works well.

Nicely done however can you possibly give more information on what type of training centre this is going to be for cafe, restaurant, ect?

I love the realistic approach and use of textures and materials definitely an amazing job you got some nice realism added to the place however I could recommend placing a few objects on the roof at the start leaving the roof just plain could be an unappealing approach to have added things like pipes vents wires, going down the side of the building ect.

One recommendation, I have is possible have a different design instead of just having it as a simple concrete roof I find it doesn’t really fit with the build maybe adding a wooden design or something similar along the lines would be a nice addition to place down. A simple idea would be having the ceiling lights be more connected into the build or possibly shorten them a bit they shouldn’t be that far down.

Overall loving the material and color it’s a good build.

Thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate that! The Training Centre is for an Hotel Group.

With the roof I wasn’t really sure which type of texture I should use, so I left it like this for now, so if you have any suggestion on which texture I should use, I would be really thankful!

It is not done yet and I need to go and 3D modell some things even like chairs, and yes, I need to add more detail in it, but it’s just fresh started today.

Once again thank you very much for your detailed feedback!

I see, thanks for clarifying a bit more. In that case, I find that there’s two types of textures or materials you could add to the roof, consider looking at the image below (however, this is just for an example you could use those materials or see which one suits your liking if ever needed).

Consider throwing a white material such as (smoothplasic) or a square type of texture, maybe underneath the roof, maybe try going for wood planks to have a more welcoming feel. Due to this you could possibly try having one material with the concrete one you already implemented maybe you’ll see something you can accomplish with that.

Depending if your going for a realistic approach I would recommend checking out a few textures site to find high quality textures. The image below is just an example you can use and see how you want your roof and ceiling area to look like:
