That looks awesome! It’s not like any other games I have seen or played on Roblox. For a low poly game it is very detailed and decorated. I would love to play that game. Good job!
I really like it except for the lighting it’s too peach colored. Maybe do something like @NeverTrustBob trust bob uses for his city’s it find his style works the best.
Woah, that is a very good build. The only downside is in the 4th image, the windows don’t seem to be aligned, but other than that, that is fantastic!
Looks awesome! I love the lighting as well! Keep up the good work man!
Great scott, good work. I won’t reiterate what other have said, all I’ll suggest is to keep in mind levelling.
This is often not appreciated enough. You want to make sure you’re ground isn’t completly flat or uniform. Raise it,lower it. Alley here, Path there.
Good luck!
I agree. The next time i work on it I will focus on adding more details in landscaping. Thank you!
This looks amazing!
Thank you so much! I appreciate it.
Perfect! That is perfection! That is so good!
Thew new windows makes it even more pretty! Maybe you could add parts inside it to make it like 3D, similar to what Asimo did in the new Jailbreak city.
This creates more depth to the buildings and makes them look even more fabulous.
Hello,
This is a pretty well themed city. There are a couple of pointers I would like to give:
First is that there are a few inconsistencies when it comes to this build, mainly the border mountains being blocky and the rocks by the football field being much more defined. Same goes for the blocky trees, I’d remove those and just use the meshed trees you have.
Some of the edges on the curved parts aren’t aligned properly, if you look at the apple shop’s tilted overhang you’ll see what I am talking about.
In my opinion this a pretty good build, but personally I would try to add more diverse angling to the terrain by either using triangle terrain or importing my own mesh of the terrain. Another would be to have a view outside the city, either out to sea or to a forested area or to a simple plains.
Hope this helps!
Thank you! The borders are supposed to be distant city buildings but I can definitely add more shape into them. I agree with you on the trees, I will remove the blocky ones as I feel they don’t fit in well. I will also fix the unaligned parts.
Okay. I will test this out. Thank you!
now that is very niceu. the only problem is the roads. they look weird.
To be honest, and as fair as I can possibly state, it looks decent with the new improves you added to your build. When you took the time by adding the little details it needed, however you could make the windows have more added to it because it looks like a large window to make them look more realistic and if you wanted to extend you could add some lines to indicate where the actual window is as a border or possibly place a window frame since this is a city building. Or try looking at some images to see how the windows look like in the real world.
It looks quite amazing, hope to see what you add next in your city.
Look’s good! One thing I noticed, In the background, the outlines of the buildings look too flat and 2D. Try making them longer to get that 3D effect! Also, like @Yor_ick said, the lines on the soccer field are way too high out of the grass, I would say to try making them more flat to make it look like those spray paint lines on soccer fields. Last thing, the lighting effect on the city is a but weird, idk if it’s because you’re making a sunset scene, but if it’s unintentional, try fixing that or making it brighter. Look’s good tho!
I’d recommend going and looking at some real playgrounds to get the full detail, however your improved build looks nice.
I think my only suggestion would be to build more equipment around the area a little bit at the part where you enter into the playground. You could add a lot of variation just by building and creating more different types of models there, then it wouldn’t just be a plain area inside your city, however what needs to be added is some benches maybe you could consider adding a roundabout somewhere around the area to add more detail to it.
It’s coming together really well.
Thank you! I will make the background more 3D now that you pointed it out. I actually have made the soccer field lines flatter I just haven’t uploaded it because it’s a minor change. I do want it to me a sunset scene. I personally like the lighting.
