hey! the newest game from the creator of Cleanup Crew (…me, obviously) has been opened for the public. in Marketing Mayhem, you have to sell the weirdest items to customers with a terribly exaggerated lie of a pitch.
How To Play:
A customer will ask you about a basic item, like a Wet Sock.
You have to sell this item to them with an outrageous lie pitch, acknowledging their interests, using the textbox. (e.g. “This sock was used by the first Queen of England!”)
If the customer likes your description of the item, they’ll buy it!
the game is far from finished, the only features now are the basics. good luck out there, fellow con men!
( This game runs on Gemini AI 2.0, so the more servers currently running, the slower it could be. If the customer responds to your pitch with “Uh… Let me sleep on it.”, then Gemini has failed to respond, and rejoining should likely fix the bug. Huge thanks to @birbwithseed for helping me set up the HTTP related scripts, this game couldn’t have been done without them.)
So it looks like I can no longer force Gemini to purchase my products even while explicitly telling it to do so, but it seems to enjoy doing what I ask it to do in it’s response.
Probably no a huge issue, and may cause some funny moments.
EDIT for clarity, when actually conning it by coming up with a BS reason to purchase whatever it is, the AI WILL purchase it, but now I have to put the effort in
