Alright, So it does look kinda plain. But I like that concept of the Outdoor theme. You could probably add some Low-Poly trees as that seems to be the theme, Good Interior, I think you should stick to the low-poly theme as the outdoors. And probably extend this area: 
I do like that style of the small Balcony in the middle of the staircase too, good thinking.
But I would recommend filling up this space too:
Looks kind off dull and empty.

The cafe looks good from outside looks pretty stylish.
But inside i would recommend some stuff:
1.Very bright i would recommend trying not to maked really bright make different tones of light.
2…Looks empty , add more detail maybe some more tables or even a bathroom or more lights inside, maybe some paintings idk.
3.You will need to extend some areas because looks pretty full and empty in other places.

It looks good you should add some textures and add more to the inside bc its really empty Thats just my opinion Great job!!
Decet interior (can be heavivly improved) the color scheme is horrible though, and it seems like all of the parts are just using roblox matierals and then basically changing the opacity- This could heavily use some improvements.

Would recommend you try to use some referencing to create a much more well defined build, while cafe shops can be anywhere I think it is better to bolden it by creating an independent style for it.

Personally, I’d recommend adding decorations outside of the cafe to attract players and to set an atmosphere. I’d also recommend that you should add textures on the walls outside of the cafe as it looks really plain. I believe that you should also change the color scheme you’ve chosen as it looks really old. Other than that a good start to making a coffee cafe.

Ok, actually, the place looks a bit strange, just change colors, and make the furnitures less blocky as I said. 
using white a lot is something weird try changing the type of color if you want a light brown color with [Wood] material or try to calm the white so that it doesn’t look so reflective the rest is something fascinating 
Decoration on the outside won’t be bad, i think. it is actually a bit dull on the outside.Btw, do you have a kitchen? 
You might also add some more decorations to the building outside, to make it look even more entertaining.
