Probably a 3 or 4. It looks extremely easy to make, and there is a poor choice of colors.

How could I improve do you think?
Go to Google and search “Low Poly Buildings” and try to copy one of the buildings you like, you would improve as you build. Build build build. Here is an example of my latest low poly builds, hopefully they can help you improve a little.
May I make one of these and try make it?
Can’t you find anything on google? I need to sell those later and I wouldn’t want someone to have them randomly. Maybe build this? You don’t have to make the burger btw.

How would I make bushes and the land?
If you are good at Blender, you can use Blender to make the bushes, if you can’t, then don’t build the bushes as they don’t matter much. And about the land, just build the restaurant on a baseplate. You can learn how to make the ground and such after you improve.
It wont let me open blender so I wont add them.
Or I might make a google image one.
I would give it a 5 considering it is a low poly house, the choice of colours is very poor and it looks like a very easily made building. The way you can improve is maybe by getting inspirations from other low poly house creators to try and improve yours.
