I built a house inspired by suburban template, I haven’t built much houses and this is the best one I’ve built, I built cuz I was bored

This suburban house looks great! It’s basic, and it does its job! Nice job on this! How long did it take to build? Are you going to use it in anything?

It took around 20 minutes, I’m not sure I’ll use it for anything.

i have one bit of feedback, and it’s just to make the roofing slightly darker. if you look at similar suburban houses IRL (see 2 images below), they have a greyish-black roofing color, while yours has a white-beige one.

I made the roof darker and used a diff3erent matterial, I do think that looks b etter

the house look good, but the windows are too blocky for my taste and you should’ve used roof shingles material for the roof.

edit: it looks a lot better now.

i would say the “roof shingles” material roblox comes with is for more european style houses where they shingles made out of clay or similar while the american type of house he’s going for uses rough patches of material (i forgot the name) that looks like sandpaper

I took inspiration off it, but then I striaght up copied that one door model becuase it looked better, I still built it

ohh, well robblocx doesn’t have that material and I’m too lazy to go searching, so I’ll stick with roofshingles that roblox has, but for future I might use a custom material (that one )if I go realistic for houses
