Heres a brief tutorial cuz the game doesnt have one:
Go to the paper factory (down the road or you might spawn in it)
and go to the side to summon a log. Then go inside and collect the raw paper (blue cube) and deliver it. Once thats done, you can now deliver a newspaper (green cube).
This game does have some very helpful UI, so take advantage of that.
Also the paper factory just looks so plain like maybe have some other things going on in there
I have started playing the game and the movement and everything feels really good and the game is running super smooth, I am on the delivery team but I can’t get newspapers? @ChargedCoil
One more thing is that I joined the game and the tutorial button can be pressed without limits which causes the game to basically break @ChargedCoil
Will still need to experiment on the whole low poly thing, but I got rid of the road textures and I don’t really know how I feel about it lol
-Fixed the tutorial PLUS made it much more bareable to watch and straightforward.
-I dont really know whats going on with the delivery job, did you first go to the paper factory and deliver the raw paper to print out a newspaper? Not saying that your wrong and something isnt broken, but idk
EDIT:
Whoops almost forgot, I made the paper factory have details and stuff in it
Dude I really like the game alot and the newspapers didnt have anyrthg wrong I was just too dumb, I was supposed to make paper first and then deliver
I think your game has lots of potential man, there wasnt a single downside I seriously loved the gameplay aspects and everything felt really nice, the animations are a very nice touch too
@ChargedCoil
edit : Well the one downside is that there isn’t an incentive too keep playing like it does get boring very easily even though the mechanics feel great, I suggest maybe adding some sort of rival newspaper delivery company that maybe the players can go against? Or maybe just make the game more atmospheric meaning like making it feel immersive so that the player is always present and having something to do
