Any feedback? What can I improve?

It fully needs to be re - designed to be honest. You need a lot of improvement in the character posing, lightning and specially the background. It doesn’t match at all. Only the font is okay.

Ok, this was my third attempt at the icon. Here’s the first two. I think this one’s better than the other two though.
Still, a lot improvement needed in lightning and background. Also character posing. Plus, the theme, it’s “sprint”, but your creation shows the theme of jumping or whatever you wanna call it.

The resolution and lighting need a lot of work. The shading on the shirt doesn’t make sense. The colors don’t match. The Teal Sparkle Time Fedora isn’t the right size or position on the head. The font is okay, although there is nothing else in the picture that’s green.
I suggest you pick a new outfit that matches, make sure the hat is on properly, redo the background, and make sure the font matches, and then you’ll be set.
Nice try though, with a little more experience it will look much better.

Here’s some tips:
- Use a blur or Gaussian blur on the background. (I’d suggest changing the background too, it’s too low quality)
- Add some white lines behind the avatar to simulate running
- The font and colour doesn’t match the aesthetic of the rest of the icon. I’d suggest changing this to pastel or light blues.
- The avatar doesn’t match the background, use colours and an outfit that compliments the rest of the icon. (Also try adding shadows.)
