Feedback needed on my sandbox tycoon game Metalwork Industries

A game that me and my team have been working on for the past few months. Any feedback or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Game about mechanism and complexity that makes the game stand out against other sandbox tycoon games.

Not only on how the mechanism works, we’re also focusing on making the environment to make it improve players’ experience.

I think is a great game with a very very good UI and it is very very well made. I like how it works, its smooth and i love it. One thing i would change is the bird sound, i would add a song or music for the game more than birds. Anyways its a great game and it have a very big potencial in Roblox. Maybe you guys should contact a small youtuber or something for more publicity for your game. Its amazing!

One other thing that you guys can do to get a bigger revenue is add gamepasses and developer products like money or a premium machine that we can obtain by paying a certain ammount of robux.

I love it, however a lot of UI doesn’t scale correctly on mobile devices.

Also how do you empty your backpack, the tutorial doesn’t tell you how lol.

I would consider making a loading screen before the “Press Enter to play”, I saw my terrain loading.

It is a good game. Good placement, ui, and visuals. I have a suggestion, please reduce the width of stuff on the top where it shows credits, and stuff because it is a waste of free space.

Looks like I found a new game to play! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

One question, how do you level up your research? Mine says 100% but it isn’t leveling up.

On mobile the tutorial UI gets messed up, also the blur feels to be way to much.

Thanks for the suggestions! You ideas are really helpful. I’ll definitely add it later into the game. Thanks again!

Thanks for the report! We’re currently on the mobile compatibility. After I checked the tutorial pages, it shows the player to unload their backpack using the unloader mechanism, Thanks again!

Great idea! We will definitely add it to the game, Thanks for the suggestion!

I absolutely love the UI and ideas behind this game. The mechanisms and complexity to make it stand out from other games makes it very unique and makes it something that I would click if I were a newer player. You have done an outstanding job! Very peaceful and fun game to play and it has great potential on this platform. Good luck getting it done!

Very fun! But a little overwhelming at times, I had to redo the tutorial twice as I was confused. Super fun though!

Great suggestions! We will definitely redesign the UIs to save up some free spaces yet can be seen by the players. Thanks again!

Apologies, In order to level up the research, you need to few quests that have been displayed by the left of the screen, We will add it in the tutorial too so the player won’t stuck as well. Thanks again!

Thanks for the report! We will definitely rearrange the UIs size on mobile devices, and for the blur, we will try to reduce the amount, Thanks!

Thanks for your reply! I’m planning to advertise the game around next week and hoping to get some base players. Thanks again!

Thanks for your reply as well! It was about 60-ish slides in the tutorial. After getting some suggestions to reduce the slides amount, we made it about 22 slides which makes it a little bit overwhelming, Thanks again!

The game looks very nice.
My favorite part is the ui of this game especially the surface gui on the generators.

Lovin’ the game, though one quick suggestion for the tutorial:
I’ve noticed that you use several different decals to display Mark & the tutorial itself. This leaves a small yet bothersome delay when showing each image. I recommend using ImageRectOffset and ImageRectSize so that the player doesn’t have to load each new decal that they see.
Incase you don’t know what those two properties do, think of them as sprite sheets. I definitely can’t explain them well, but this video goes over it really well.

also players can walk on this arrow when placing an item down
