[FEEDBACK] New Orleans style town

Hello! I recently started this project, and I have made only just a few buildings but I am curious as to what some of you think about it SO FAR, and if you have any constructive criticism!

Once I create much more buildings like this, eventually making a small city, I am going to insert it into my game which you can find here . What the plan is, is that I am going to have multiple towns/cities in one map for this game, which will hopefully create a lot of roleplay opportunities in the game. This game is also going to be kind of connected to my group I have, and each “township” is going to have 2 elected senators to represent them in the government we have going on.

Really good work on the buildings! Keep up the good work.

Also are you planning on adding furnishing inside the buildings or no?

Yes, I am just not sure as of right now what I want to put in the interior of that one building.

Right now, I honestly think the building you’ve made looks decent it captures that architecture feel with the Orleans style implement to the building vibrant colors make the buildings pop, however I find the larger building tends to have hanging plants featuring a brighter brick texture on the building.

I feel like the lighting could improve the quality of the building. For example, Image/Article. (The image should appear at the very top)

While the town is still a work in progress build try placing brighter green plants make the building feel more alive there are different ways to spice up a building adding street lamps, signs, small statues, and trees implement in the sidewalk ground? Some different shades of colors would also make it much more realistic.

Overall, I just recommend adding more plants and town objects, I’d be interested to see how it turns out. It looks good. :slightly_smiling_face:

The buildings looks really great I honestly don’t have too much suggestions they are almost perfect.

However if you are planning to have a decent amount of buildings using the brick material you should probably start looking into the possibilities of custom material texturing so not every single one of the builds that would use the same size and style of brick material.

If you have some custom textures, great, apply the textures. if you don’t, a quick and easy way is to pop onto the model catalog and search for “custom texture”.

Keep up the good work these looks really nice!

Very nice, I would make a little less windows on the last one, possibly a roof people can get to. My build are normally light, and summery so I don’t know much.
