I know very little of this style, but I think you’ve nailed it. It “almost” has a Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker vibe to it. I believe it’s called cell shading?

You kept it relatively simple but also made sure that the necessary and minimal details were all that was needed to give this toon style of art, something that makes it stick out while not being a strain on the eyes.

I think it looks nice!

Its honestly really well made! The black lines are a nice touch but maybe instead of arranging them like that, you could (Im not sure if this makes sense) make it so the black lines go with the Blue and White pattern. (Sane size and stuff)

Hey there.

This looks cool really like the little hand motion. I suggest removing the black or making it grey. I feel like the color is overlapping the hair or blends with the hair. Very nice.
