Perhaps it could be a bit more zoomed in, especially on their faces/upper body? A group icon is small, the characters (and most importantly their faces) aren’t really dominating the image. After that, you could then bring the text up onto the characters, so all 3 elements of the icon are dominant.

But regardless, I really like this icon. Good job!
(i’m not an artist, take my advice with a grain of salt, heh)
