Feedback on 2 other GFX's

So I need feedback on these two Gfx’s, and also, please tell me which one is better…

And I used the GFX comet effect pack and it really helped me, and I also suggest using this pack, it’s free as well! - GFXCOMET Effects Pack - GFX COMET

I like the first one better because it’s more clear to see the avatar compared to the second one.
