Hello!
I’m technically a new builder.
I’ve been working on this cabin for a little while now, and its coming together okay, but it feels a little lacking and I would appreciate some feedback on improving the interior.
I’ve found i can do exteriors of buildings really fast, like within an hour, and then spend days on interiors. The interior for this cabin is alright, but the whole area feels a little too spacious, and I was going for more of a cozy vibe.
add potted plants, big and small ones, string lights, a plushie on the bed and and a carpet next to the bed, add something on the railing on the second floor like a potted plant, an open book near the bed to make it look like someone was reading, and a hot food or drink somewhere with steam particles coming off of it if you want it to look more lived-in
That’s a very cozy-looking cabin! It looks pretty solid, only real issue with it I can see are some visible seams in the floor (for instance, the one right at the top of the stairs). If you want to make it feel a bit more more lived in, you could try adding all sorts of other bits of clutter - plants, clocks, books, boxes, you name it. Otherwise, a very good creation, and with a nice retro theming to it as well.
