It looks pretty cool but you should implement TextChatService:CanUserDirectChatAsync() unless u did so already

This chat system looks AWESOME and unique for a Roblox game! Nice job on creating it! What will it be used in? I rate it 9/10! Will this be for a phone in a game?

ui needs some improvements, make sure to TextChatService:FilterAsync() the message or else bad words will go tag-less.
