I recently made a SCP Facility with a jungle-like theme, located in the congo rain forest.
I mainly made this to practice with shadow map lightning and to refine my skills with different types of building styles, and im looking for feedback, mainly on the lightning as this is one of the first times i use shadow map.
I took some inspiration from other different SCP games like Area 47.
This SCP Site looks very good! Nice job on it!
In terms of lighting, it depends on what effect you’re looking to achieve. Each of these images feel very drab and lifeless, as though it is having the life squeezed out of it with the thickness of the tinting and what appears to be a lowered contrast. Although, if this is an abandoned outpost being overtaken by the jungle, that may be the vibe you’re looking for. Why use ShadowMap?

To answer your question, i made this mainly as practice with Shadow Map, and i believe the style fit the lightning somewhat. I tested out future lightning afterwards and it did not look quite great in my opinion.
