I love the design! A way to improve would fill the gaps in the path in front of the door using gap fill

This is a nice start.
Here’s a few recommendations:
- Changing the overhangs to concrete - just a more realistic feel.
- Using a different grass texture (this may be just in the image - but the grass looks low quality.)
- I’d recommend adding a glass door - just if you’re going for more of an open style.
But, as @tignif stated, it would be a great idea to post a reference image.

At the start i can see the design is coming together very well, I particularly like the color and material. It’s a bit to early in development to make a post and ask for feedback. If you plan on adding the terrain features this could be chairs, pathway, and rails to the outside of the house.
I would try to focus on the little details, it kind of has that simple design you seem to be going for. On the right side on the house try placing some wood planks like seen in the photo below could give you a better idea on what i’m talking about. Try adding some muntin on the window if it’s not needed on your build, add some lights to the top of the ceiling, maybe a stucco material would work as well.
i think it looks really good, although it seems very small and it looks like there is only a front, some lights coming out of the grass or on the sides of the door would look nice, and a garage would add more space to it, also there is a gap in between the tiles. Some plants on that grass area would also look good
I like it, try filling the middle of the pathway to the door, use a door frame, and use more complex shapes with the lining outside around the window. Other than that, it looks great!
Really basic designed modern house. I rate that a 7.2/10 and i would pay 200-400 robux for that model.
