Hello! First off, this build is great, i love your color choice and the small little details. However, I feel like the windows are a bit too bright and its the first thing i look at in the build. Instead of having your attention point on the windows perhaps it could be the rest of the building by toning it down. ^ _ ^!

As @Vilatic said, the colour of the windows is too bright. That bright yellow for windows almost never looks good. Otherwise, the building is good, I like the design and colour scheme

the windows are a bit too bright as said, try changing the material (I’m guessing it’s neon?) and brightness but keeping the colour instead.

The house looks good the window isn’t bright when you join the place it might be caused by the quality of the game (graphics) casting that bright appearance. Or the material your using!
The house is pleasing to look at however just a small suggestion, consider placing props around the building, wood up against the house tools wall lighting. From my understanding if your going for a medieval pirate city you should include that theme inside your place go above and beyond with the place.
Otherwise it’s good i just feel like placing more objects around the building so it wont feel empty.
