Looks like a decent design, however, there doesn’t seem to be any support keeping the blade in place. I can see a small part, but it wont hold something heavy like this you’ll see the blade have some sort of round hole so the handle can attach it to keep it in place, since it’s a simple design I’m curious it’s still being worked on? I’ll try making/adding bolts in the blade just to give it more details or add a proper cover around the blade area.
You could afford to add shades of material to the blade place some bolts on the side of the blade, but the axe is likely alright the way it is. Here is an image to get a better understanding on what I’m talking about.
