Feedback on a small cafe I built

Hello, It’s my first post here so I wanted to hear your opinion on a small cafe I built. I haven’t been building for that long so any tips or feedback would be greatly appreciated

The inside is a bit yellow. Though the outside is a bit better.

Thanks, I’m still trying to find what colors should go where.

The café looks stunning. I’d say try adding more detail to the windows and add bushes on the outside for more design. Also, it looks a little unscaled. In the POV I’m looking at, the door is smaller than the chair. If you’re having a difficult time scaling the items down to the right size, try spawning in a dummy so you can use that as a reference. Overall it looks great. :slightly_smiling_face:

Edit: For the interior, maybe add some frames on the walls or for more detail.

That depends on what style you’re going for and what your cafe falls under if you’re wanting a street cafe they normally feature dark, moody material with a hence of lighter colors and lighting use. Try finding a cafe layout the cafe interior is quite small and that it’ll get cluttered with useful placements.

Definitely place some interior - exterior signage to your build, so players know exactly what the build represents it depends on what style your cafe features.

I would add chairs, tables, signs, variety of vegetation to cover the empty parts of the entrance, adding more could make it less empty and bland try filling it up with a bunch of decorations. These are just a few things that you could take into consideration.

Try adding grids to the windows so it doesn’t appear as a square appearance I feel like the walls could use more detail on it consider throwing some pictures, clocks, and much more throw a few decorations in the cafe. (Use reference images that’ll guide you into picking color pallets, materials, interior placements and more).

Not bad, but it looks a bit plain. Maybe try adding some plants or maybe a menu.

This looks much better!
Only thing that could make it EVEN better is maybe some cartoony wallpaper or something like that.

Looks nice, small friendly looking cafe. You should do something like XYZ’s cafe because it’s blandly named “cafe”.
You should add some more detail inside… maybe make it bigger and add booths and such. There’s no kitchen or anything for making the actual beverages and food.

I think you’ve made good progress so far. I really like the layout you’ve created for the cafe and it’s clear that you’re still improving it. Try to lower the amount of picture frames you put around the wall cafe resemblance (cafe items - logos brands) so the pictures should feature that sort of theme.

The interior and exterior should play a role. Here you want to set a unique atmosphere, but that depends on the theme you want to approach.

Going off of what you have created, you should have more seating around the area, maybe include some umbrellas connected to the table near the door and various seating places something that’ll give information that it’s a cafe on the outside appearance.

Try using inspiration real life cafes so it’ll give you sorts of ideas on how you want your cafe to look like.

Its a good start

However, I would work on the size, and the colors that you use, its all very bright and relatively hard to see.

After you have colours worked out you could try using blender for things like chairs and tables to make them look better, and be a more suitable size, you dont really fit much into the cafe so I would work on size, the counter is half the height of a chair, I would try making it the proportions more of things you would see in real life, hope this helps :innocent:

Generally looks very good, however I think that the windows need to bee a little less transparent or use a darker color.
