I’m attempting to achieve a perfect recreation of the Warner Bros water tower they use (which no longer stores water) as one of their company symbols; although, I couldn’t detail the water tower as much as I wanted to due to the numerous triangles involved and unions with many out casting triangles in it.
I’ve nailed the scale of this water tower but what concerns me the most is the shape of the water tank’s roof due to it not looking accurate despite me having to change the form and technique of it many times. The service pipe itself is fine as there seems to be no extra details left out concluding from the reference images.
Any slight mistakes I might’ve made during the development process or parts I missed on the way mentioned would be highly appreciated. Speaking of mistakes, I’ve contacted Warner Bros. about the use of their logo in the game as to avoid DMCA complaints but I’ve received no response at the moment. I’m still waiting for permission/a permit from the company themselves before I release it.
This is pretty awesome! If you do run into a problem with copyright, I’d suggest mocking up some type of knock-off logo (like xblox one in retail tycoon)
Is that logo copyrighted? I’d say logos are copyrighted so I would change that. I don’t belive your game is getting banned but there is small change for it to happen.
This (Water Tower) you have made is really great i like the details you added to the tower. Such as the metal parts and the real life decorations! I think you have done a amazing job, making this warner bros water tower. And i see you got some inspiration from the real! Life one and i can say the details, materials, image is very nice i like how. You included the real life open metal parts however there is a couple of things, you forgot to add to your water tower such as the tower steel ladder. Well if you look at the reference image you went, off from you will mostly see those implemented onto the side of the tower! Those are needed so if a person went up, there and trying to fix something on the tower they, always have the fall protection ladder so when. Workers or employees go up there they will have some! Sort of protection to get down so try adding something like hat on the warner bros water, tower so it could have all the different details. You plan to add to your creation and the tower legs, if you look at any kind of tower such as the one your. Currently making you can see that it has a metal plate! With metal screws implemented onto it so if you want to add something onto, the legs or keep it the way it is it would be fine since, your trying to remake the (Water Tower) so it should. Have the final details added to the creation.
And i did notice you emailed the (Warner Bros) so i would wait instill they get back to you before. You release it however i saw you said i couldn’t detail the, water tower as much as I wanted to due to the numerous triangles. So is that the reason why you didn’t add the steel ladder, and the final details to your water tower? Including on the tower itself however if you already, know you forgot those details i just listed them above, so in case you plan on adding them very soon! However i do plan on waiting for the final update very soon.
Anyways, you have done amazing job on your (Water Tower) featuring warner bros company logo. And the details and design you added to your tower. Looks very impressive because you got some inspiration from the real life “Water Tower” and it looks, like you included a bunch of the decorations unto however you did forgot! To add the steel metal ladder, and the metal plate with screws on it implemented unto 4 of the legs. Hope to see what else you plan on making in the feature as well you have a! Great creations here, overall, great job! On your current creation! This looks very wonderful with the details, and the design fits well onto the tower itself!
