This is very true. It just depends on where it’s made and the time and just all around the story line.
In addition to the other suggestions in this thread, I feel like random hospital beds flipped and perhaps even papers thrown on the ground could add more of an abandoned feel.
Alright, thanks for the suggestions
Broken lights, wires hanging from the ceiling, dirt, maybe random sheets of paper on the floor, add sparks from any exposed wires, broken walls, chipped paint, like if a nuke hit the hospital, broken chairs along the walls (chairs for waiting outside an office, y’know?), exposed pipes(would have to have a broken wall for this one)
They said they will be adding that in the build
I didn’t read anyones comments, boo boo
it says on the top of the page.
Any who. Another Idea would be to add maybe some blood on the side of the walls and floor and maybe some windows into like rooms but some windows are broken.
Ooo wires hanging from the ceiling. Thanks for the suggestions.
Nothing about this seems abandoned.
Hallways very clean, lighting still turned on, very bright light, lack of shadows, hallways totally clear, floors clean…
You need to take reference to actual abandoned hospitals. Right now, it’s just a hallway.
Keep in mind they are just starting they still need to decorate.
Not much point in showcasing unfinished work and showcasing it.
If you want feedback on unfinished work, then prepare to be told to add a lot/change a lot of stuff. Otherwise, best not to show it and finish more first.
I’m not completed and I was asking for suggestions. Have a good day.
Good building, but if you want it to be accurately abandoned, maybe add some vines growing out walls and have one of the lights cracked and broken down where you can see the wires.
Also Have broken wall textures.
Alright, I’ll definitely add broken wall textures, appreciate the feedback and suggestions
Broken walls. debris garbage hospital beds tables bulletin boards and chairs flickering lights.
To me it looks way too clean. It could definitely use some wear and tear. Maybe a bit of vegetation and mold. Make it look like it hasn’t been touched in ages and has been ravaged by looters and the undead alike.
This looks really good, love it!
Thanks for the suggestion I was looking for ideas since I am not the best interior designer, it was just a simple hallway to get started with.
Looks like a completely normal hospital at the minute!
Maybe you could make it darker and have the lights flicker? Also you could add bits of the roof falling with debris on the ground.
