Hello Robloxians, 
I just released a new pluigin: Blur Effect | For Frames.
It allows you to give a blur effect to the frames you want, you can change the settings such as the type of blur, Light or Dark (soon you will be able to choose the color!), and also the intensity from 1 to 6 (4 default). It is important to set the graphics level to 8 or higher to see the effect during gameplay.
