Okay, so, I have been building for 1 month now, and have learned quite alot. This is my latest Cafe build, but the interior isn’t done yet, if you have any suggestions or feedbacks regarding my build, then I would love to hear it.
I think the lighting looks bad, I’ll probably optimize it soon.

The right is the premium lounge, and the other is a merch store.
Ah. I see. But they are so far away from the main building.
They aren’t that far, from my perspective, but it’s your opinion.

Hello there!
I really like your café concept of being in the middle of the sea,
The exterior looks fine from far away but I really can’t tell if it is
up close because I can’t actually see it from up close, it would
actually be great if you provided some close up details to the
building itself.
Also one more point knowing you might be just asking about the
building itself, but the exterior includes everything around the building
itself so just make sure you don’t forget mother nature
surrounding this place, it would give off a more breathy look
to the surroundings.
Other than that everything looks really great.

The buildings look really nice and modern and I like them, nice job on it! The only thing I have about this are the rock island seems kinda bland. Besides that bit i think it’s amazing!
Beautiful cafe exterior! You can add some tables and chairs.
I love it! But it would be nicer it was in a city and not on an island. If you want to keep it as an island then make it kinda realistic so that ppl arive on a boat. Thats just my idea but you do what ever you want. Anyways I love it.
The structure of the building looks good and stable. I like the style as well, I just think you should make it a little more dynamic and use other textures, just to make it look a little less basic. You should also change the lighting, it would give the build a better look.

I like it, but I think it needs a little more greenery to catch the player’s eye, like trees or other small
plants.
