Looks really nice actually. However, the blue fade on the edges that covers the character looks a bit off to me.

If you click on the image the quality will be better, I don’t know why it makes the quality worse and choppier.

I’ve moved this to Cool Creations, which is the place to get feedback on your creations. 
The face is very choppy looking and I dont know what it is, but it’s seen most at the top of the hat + the right arm. It has dots that are quite visible and doesnt look great. Change the face + itll be good

Just click on the image and the “dots” (noise) will go away.

The eyes look so compressed that it doesn’t suit it well. The lighting you used is nice and I like the font and background, overall nice. I might recommend to try and fix the eyes a bit to make it more smooth.
The face is a little choppy, but the rest is pretty good I would say. Maybe make a background to where he’s at the cafe itself.
The colours are a bit off and feel odd looking at it, I am not trying to be mean, I just dont like brown nosing
