Looks nice, i’m not a big fan of the colours though. Maybe change the roof to red? I’d also add more details but else it looks decent i guess.

I suggest adding a door to it and if you can enter than add a spiral stair case. Other than that the color is not that good. I suggest making the roof top red as @Not_Recognized said and also making the tower a bit darker. other than that, pretty good!

I would definitely work on your scaling, and adding more depth and height into your build for a basic start! The brick placements are good, but I’m finding them placed all over the build to look a little odd they almost meet the size of the windows width consider scaling them less than half the size of your windows and they seem to change throughout the build.
Even use tiles if ever needed. Nothing sticks out I would try making it a bit taller have it implement different shades of colors.
Also, you should possibly work on your colour scheme, I’m not liking just one color added to the entire tower with brownish grids. Maybe try finding a new color for the roof so it kind has a more attractive look.
Even use reference images just to use as a guide when finding the colors and placements where everything will go I find it quite interesting to use ever since I started doing it.

This tower has a lot of potential, firstly I would change the neon to a transparency level where it’s not so bright. The stones on the side of the architecture is a bit off and odd, I would mess around with the blocks and stones on the side and put them in other places rather than all bunched up.
You obviously have a taste for this and I believe you can succeed in low poly build, keep up the fantastic work and keep posting here so we can continue to give you your suggestions and tips!

The tower top needs something. Maybe, a spiral going from the peak to the base, or maybe a change of texture/color. Besides that, it looks good!
