This is the first clothing item that I actually put effort into. I am hoping to someday become a good clothing developer. I know this is probably does not look very good, but I am new to clothing developing. Does anyone have any feedback/suggestions?

This actually looks really good man! Just add a little circle at the neck for the opening! And tone down the shading a bit!

Overall, this looks really good, especially for your first “real” design. I only have 2 recommendations.

Have the T-Shirt extend into the top torso piece instead of cutting it off there
A “better” way to do it would be to continue your lines all the way through like this:

My other recommendation experience has taught me, and that’s that when you include the template’s outlines Roblox has a bad habit of transferring those outlines onto your shirt’s preview.
For example, having your template with the outlines like this:
Results in your shirt’s preview looking like this:
Continuing the work through the outlines like this:
Results in cleaner previews like this:
