I personally like the bottom one more than the top one but you might want to round the edges of the dark grey rectangles:
But that’s just my opinion

I took your advice into consideration and updated the bottom one to include rounded corners. Thanks for your feedback!

I like the bottom one better, but the yellow and white text doesn’t work with the “dark theme” background. *Also the yellow text is hard to read.)

I think it looks great! One of the main things I noticed upon looking at it though, was the text outline. The yellow makes it for me personally harder to read and seems a bit too strong. I’d advise changing it to a less brighter colour.
Other then that I think it’s completely fine, you’ve included information on how your potential buyers can contact you, and the prices are easily visible.
Yes the top one appears cluttered and I cant make out what belongs with what, while the bottom one fixes that issue, definitely the bottom one
The bottom one is best looking but i dont know about the yellow text
