Feedback on DOOM-style FPS concept

Currently experimenting with a 2D viewmodel, Doom-esque zombie shooter. Feedback or additional ideas are appreciated.

Nothing to criticize it don’t looks like a Roblox game, it looks like a low-poly real game (if the zombies weren’t like this because it’s literally Roblox). You shouldn’t add anything, it is perfect!

add some sway animation to the arms, and also a reload animation.

But there’s already something that happens while reloading.

it moves the viewmodel out of the camera view, which seems kind of lazy

Yeah, I’ll probably make a frame in which the gun is being reloaded to keep consistent with the art style

As what @absentdenik said, Recoil effects would make the gun feel more interactive and better to use.

You should also tween the viewmodel down out of camera view instead of just snapping it down if you are not going to do reload sprites.
