Feedback on First Projects

About Me: I have played roblox since I was around 10 but had never tried to develop anything until very recently. In my short time, I have learned the basics of Roblox Studio for game designing (I am currently working on a simple obby game), developed several accessory models for Roblox avatars, and learned to design/edit images to make Roblox clothing and decals. I am eager to improve in my modeling and game development skills (scripting and GUI designing first).

p.s. I began making roblox clothes about 2 months ago, but began working on the obby game a week ago and began modeling 3 days ago. Any feedback would be very much appreciated.

I really like your clothes and accessories, but the obby game looks like I′ll play it for just 8 minutes. The obby doesn′t seem to be catchy after all.

everything is very cool for just a few days to start, and I love that your love for roblox has led you down the path of blender, it reminds me of when I started making models for unturned

You probably should rephrase this topic into asking people for feedback on your creations, before Moderators take this down.

Can improve on the obby, but everything else is excellent!

I agree, I have not put enough time into the Obby just yet, it was more about learning how to setup things and how the Studio dashboard functioned than actually designing a catchy game.

Thanks for the heads up, I did change the title of the topic now.

You can fix it by adding stuff like a detailed lobby, different lighting on different areas or just make it special somehow.

Update on the modeling experience: I realized none of my models have textures I can put into the Roblox studio so they have the colors I meant them to have. I ended up making another model just to be able to make it a texture for roblox. The good news is now I know how to make textures for my future models.

(I know this picture depicts the model in blender, but I was able to make it look exactly the same in Roblox studio)
