Feedback on First Shirt?

Not sure where else to post this. Finally decided that I should just start making my own stuff. This is my first attempt at trying to make a shirt. I’m looking for some feedback on what I can do to improve to make it look better, or if anyone has tutorials I can look at. Currently using Adobe PhotoShop.labcoat
This took me forever. Huge respect to anyone that spends hours on this stuff.

Looks great, but I would take that shading off.

Is Envied supposed to be there?
If not, I’ll take your whole stock.

Thought so, wasn’t quite sure. Anyways, that’s a good shirt.

To be honest, it looks lovely. It has a good quality. It would be nice to see pants too for this.

Wow, that looks really good! My only complaint is the color choice, brown and red look a bit strange when paired together. I suggest making the belt grey or black instead. Or darker brown.

I think you’re right. Black and grey would look a lot better with those colors. Thanks for the suggestion!

The shading gives it more depth do you have any further reasons why cause I couldn’t see why.

This is extremely great for a first attempt on a shirt (mine wasn’t anywhere near this good.) One thing I would do to add that extra-detailed look would be to just add a belt buckle on the belt, and maybe buttons on one side of the jacket. Other than that it looks great though.

Thanks for the feedback! One of the problems I have with adding detail is getting the shading right. It always looks a little 2d rather than have some definition to it.

Here just a quick update. I took in all the suggestions and created a second version which im pretty happy how it turned out. Huge thanks to all the help and feedback.download

Really awesome shirt design! I would remove the template shading as it doesn’t fit well with the jacket. Also maybe some more detail on the jacket and belt overall? It seems as if you focused most of your time on getting the shirt to look right. Something simple like adding a pocket to the jacket or a buckle to the belt would make the design so much better!
