Feedback on "Frequently Asked Questions"

Should include way to contact Roblox for issues with Stripe integration specifically. Currently, Roblox support is unaware of the Stripe integration entirely and thus unable to help me change my inaccessible phone number used on my Stripe account :slight_smile:

Stripe support directs me to Roblox as they have the tools for this, but Roblox is painfully oblivious, and tells me to go talk to Stripe, and thus I am stuck in a loop for months (and losing even more money than the ~91% average loss in income due to the USD pricing change).

Is it the phone number you have registered under your Roblox account, or the one under your Stripe account? What did Roblox support tell you when you reached out to them?

Hello. Well, the phone numbers are not the same, I used a different one on Stripe. What Roblox did was disable 2FA on my roblox account (which I did not ask for) and then told me to contact Stripe support for Stripe related issues (who, as I said before, told me Roblox is in charge of the integration and solely responsible for managing accounts). I would just like a way to change my associated card on Stripe there so I can receive payments to the bank account I want. I will write back here after a few days when I look into this again.
