Feedback on Game "Anime Obstacle Course"

Hi! and welcome to “Anime Obstacle Course!” (Name still WIP), in this game all you have to do is: Run, run as fast as you can to reach the end of the level and get a win, simple right? But some Anime Characters don’t want you to reach that End and they will do anything possible to stop you! More Updates will come in the future, Stay Tuned and Enjoy!

Actually the game is still in Alpha and there is only one 60% Completed level that i’m using for testing, but will be completed soon and more Levels and modalities will come

In the next Updates:

  • Better Lobby
  • Shop system with coins made in game!
  • Donation system for who wants to donate (Will recieve a mutiplayer for money or more when the game will be comepleted, as a thank you for the great support)
  • More Detailed levels and animation for the Enemies!
  • Maybe some sorta of Boss Battle, like Gear 4th Luffy or Goku MUI…
  • Better GUI and a lot of more things!

About Levels:

  • Level based on Naruto Shippuden
  • Level Based on Dragonball
  • Level Based on Jojo

More and more anime will come next…

Modalities:

  • No Stop modality - If you stop running you slowly lose HP
  • SPEED - WalkSpeed will be doubled or more
  • Triggered Mode - This one will be activable from donation or by Coins in game, Every Anime Character has their own Triggered mode, different pattern, different attacks and more speed when attacking, for example Roronoa Zoro will use the Ashura Ichibugin technique, speed will be overpowered and also attacks will change (still WIP but one of the priorities)

NOTE: there is only one level for now but a completed round will use 3 levels
(Cash leaderstats will be added soon)

It’s good, the projectiles are stutter-y. It’s not that challenging. I would like to see some sort of sprint or double jump thing, more parkour, maybe power ups. But it’s a good start.

I was thinking about increase speed and more JumpPower or double jump(i think double will be added) , i’ll see what to do in the next days

The level is easy because there is only one uncompleted level, when the game will be completed 3 levels will be one after the other randomly so for example a complete round will use Zoro, Naruto and Goku so the chances of survive will decrease

The games ok and fun but when everyone dies the game should stop and restart

Is in the priorities for the next update

I’ll add:

  • Bug Fixes - Related to server
  • Auto-Restart
  • Maybe a double jump and walkspeed increase
  • Zoro Animation for his shot
  • Fix about the End part that doesn’t give a win in server but in studio works well
  • If someone dies in any other way the team will automatically change from Playing to Watching
  • Completed Map of Roronoa Zoro
  • Maybe the Triggered mode or an Alpha of that to showcase
  • More on updates…

The game was like really unplayable, the timer at the top just bugs out like crazy, maybe bug fixes?

you could add jumps and parkour, stuff like that. make the killing things find the player so they actually have to avoid it. Also there was a glitch

This bug has been fixed in studio today, in the next update should never happen again, was caused by a wrong delay from rounds and timer, thank you for reporting it! :smiley:

[BUG FIXES]

All reported bugs are now fixed, i tested in studio for like an hour to check if was related to round system and now seems to be all alright, if you found more bugs please report them here or via DM

Things Added

  • Automatic Check of Players inside a Team, now if all players of the Team “Playing” die during the match the round will automatically restart.
  • Automatic Team Switch when a player dies
  • Added the Cash Leaderstats, will be used for In Game shop in the future, one Win = 10 Cash (it may be changed in the future)

Bugs Fixed

  • Bug related to the GUI showing costantly “0” and “Starting Soon”
  • Bug related to the End of the level, now every level end will give a Win and
  • Bug related to the obstacles, sometimes Zoro just freezes his shots randomly, now if a shot is freezed after 0.1 seconds will be destroyed
  • Bug related to Round system, making impossible to play after one round, now there will be an automatic restart with reload of assets.
