So I made this pretty kinda bad icon. Im not best at doing this kind of stuff so anything you notice wrong let me know

Not bad,
But I think you should fix the sky. It looks a bit like dark paint smudged everywhere. Have a dark blue sky, and add smoke on top of it, not smudge it in.
I would also suggest adding some fire particles to give a better atmosphere to the icon since there is a fire. I also think you should tone down on the smudging (on the car, the smoke, the fire).
Overall, pretty good for your first GFX! Keep it up!

Not bad for your first gfx. No criticism whatsoever, but the flames, smoke, as well as the water from the hose look like a pastel-ish paint style. Other than that, it looks nice. Keep practicing!

Fire looks like edited, i would find / make a realistic fire instead to match with the cars and bg

Add some smoke clouds in sky and also I think the person is using the hose to water a garden. Have some back force on him.
