I would put the scene in blender and get better lighting, then I put it in photoshop and fill the space with effects.

the one right here is honestly worse than the one with characters. you can see bad map design, bad sky, lighting, and lots of weird artifaccts and low quality parts

This one was made entirely in Roblox Studio. There’s no map regarding this image and I did use Roblox’s default night sky since I really hated the one I made. Eh, I don’t really agree with the lighting part. I agree with the low quality parts.
