You can’t close the GUI unless you go 3rd person, which isn’t possible. I had no idea what to do, especially when I couldn’t move. It is a decent game, just didn’t understand what to do.
Oh, and also some of the tiles overlap.

You can also phase through the back right corner of the asylum. I don’t know if you can do it with the other corners.
