The background seems a bit pixelated looking but other than that I it looks awesome!

Gosh, I love the vibrance. The bubbles/balls seem like they need to have more contrast, but other than that, its GREAT!
also I think you should use actual roll call characters in the thumbnail

woah! looks really good, the guy with the white shirt looks a bit tall tho- and the background is blurry
