The thread doesn’t provide enough information on what icon your going for or what the group is about however the vibrant colors or quite right, but the icon doesn’t really tell you a whole lot about what the group or game is about.
A general idea is to add a text within the design or the group name just don’t overcrowd the image with random objects. Right now, there’s quite not much details as it seems to lack proper information, throw some text of the design add possibly another eye or something that fits the overall group theme. Otherwise could you provide more information, the thread is quite vague. It would look better if you added other vibrant colors in certain corners rather then having a purple white color scheme.

I agree with the Honorable Composer, @jordonh23 that this post is lackluster in detail in regards to both context to the logo and anything we should be providing advice to.
However, I will advise based on the Logo without context so if this is the wrong type of style I’m going for forgive me, but you didn’t give anyone here anything to go on.
In regards to the colour scheme, you’ve chosen pink and white. It’s an effective combination if your looking for vibrant colours. However the very basic gradient here has made it look worse. I recommend going to maybe like a dark purple to pink and then have your logo being white as it to make it bold and stand out more.
However in regards to the logo, There is absolutely, nothing here to go on about your group. All we have is the random symbol of an eye. A group logo is supposed to tell you as a brief statement as to what your group is about and what you can do in it. So as a way of showing your group off to others, it’s ineffective as I have literally nothing to go on about your group.
I recommend scrapping this logo, and to look at other group icons and see what they are like and how you should proceed about your own logo this gives no one anything to go on.

Well, the background looks good, but I think you should add more details like shadows, sparkles or effects, focus on making a logo that represents the group, I recommend looking for some logos that use the eye as a basis to form a good logo, adding the initials of the group name with the logo can be cool.
