Look, both actually look really good and well made, but I think his city looks more attractive to players, however, as @CSJeverything mentioned, your inventory/iphone thing looks better .
For me, I can’t really say which one is best, because both of you have different styles.

I like the one on the bottom more, it fits the build style better. If you were to use the top picture then I recommend changing the builds a little bit so it fits. This is some good work here!
the second one is better exept for the car selectoin menu i dont like how it has pictures of real cars in a low poly game maybe keep the second ui but switch out the car selection menu for the first one
Those are temp, because this gui isnt in game yet; he used them to show where cars would be.
