A lot of detail isn’t really needed assuming the whole skull isn’t going to be exposed and performance.
I understand what a real skull is supposed to look like, but I’m no artist or builder lol. This is prolly the best I could do for a weird cylinder head lmao. Maybe ill commission you later, but since the skull isn’t exposed I think it will do. That’s also the reason I’m not making teeth.

Just make it less thick and a little smoother and it should be fine, maybe plastic would be best as skulls are usually smooth irl.

Im using baseparts so thats easier said then done. Im also using a PBR bone texture

They will, just not directly or fully. They would only see a cross section. If you look at the first post, I posted an image of it. Its mostly about correct anatomy ig

The only change I think is needed is the skull and the jaw. You should change it into this The Riddling Skull - Roblox
I remember seeing a version where this accessory had a skull and a jaw as separate meshes, try searching it up on the toolbox.
The brain should be a realistic mesh or something in my opinion.
Other than that, it looks good!
