Its pretty good, there is some free models but still. I’m not sure if there is a way to, but on the audio log in the sewers by the keypad, I can’t make it go away, there’s no X, if I walk away it doesn’t work, and if i interact with it again it doesn’t work.
Ah, okay. Thanks for reporting, will get to working on that. Although this game is more suited for PC players, I do have to improve things for mobile. Will get on that! Thanks for reporting once again!
First, I want to say; everything I say is feedback and not hate or anything, I want to leave as honest a review of the project as possible.
Lobby:
I’m not going to lie, but the lobby is built far too simply. Someone who spent 2 weeks building roblox studio can make this kind of lobby too. It’s pretty blocky and not very special for a horror game. Most horror games have a certain matching theme to their lobby that you get a certain in print already about their game. I miss this a lot with your lobby, it’s also far too dark.
User Interfaces:
I don’t really know what to say about them, they are fine but it could be much better still. I don’t know very well how far along you are in the develop phase so I don’t want to say too much about this. It’s good that you report on certain jumpscare, loud noises etc., though. This is very important so that players can prepare themselves.
Graphics:
I play ROBLOX games in the highest graphics settings by default. Unfortunately, I think the graphics are far too low. This can be improved, and provide much nicer and higher quality for the game. What you could possibly do is create a settings menu where players can adjust the graphics settings. That way you also make it possible for everyone to play it.
Sound Effects:
The Sound Effects sound good, you don’t need to change much about that. That footsteps sound similar and also nice that the sound adapts to what type of “terrain” you walk on. This does bring a better experience to players. Maybe what you could adjust is while running remove the panting and then when you reload stamina, then have the panting. I think it’s more realistic that when you do a “sprint” it’s a bit more releasing for the experience though.
The map:
No more than classic, for a novice horror game this is fine. I would make the mountains with parts and make them with a rock material, though. After all, the mountains have very low-quality textures. Otherwise, the game is fine.
Actually this is what I have been able to find so far, I wish the entire development team lots of success on their way to a top horror game! If you have any questions or need to test it again soon, feel free to ask me and I would take a serious look at it again. Among other things, this will definitely include my latest feedback and then a comparison.
Hey there! Thanks for reporting, but I do want to take some things away, and no, i’m not like “ooOOoH Ur WrONg!” I just want to take something away.
The Lobby
The lobby was made for a simpler approach, since, in most horror games, the lobby is supposed to make you feel relaxed in a way. But I do understand if it’s a bit too simplistic. I’ll improve it in the future.
Graphics
I don’t feel the necessary function of adding a settings GUI, since the game is mostly dependent on the Roblox one, but if it’s better if I add it, then I will!
Other than that, you’re mostly right for the part. Thank you for reporting! I wish you the best!
