Feedback on Hotel Build

I am working on a Modern Skyscraper hotel as I want it to be more distinct than other hotels, so I made this new build. I decided to go with neutral colours, a mix of gray, brown and white with the occasional black. Feedback will be nice!

Thank you!

Not bad, remember detail makes all the difference (interior specifically)!

This is beautiful! One thing I mostly like is the golden front wall of the building. It’s very unique! It really matches the environment and the style of the building. Somethings you can improve on is the props in room. It could use some detail. Also I suggest using the Future lighting technology. It gives the shadow and light a sharper detail to it. It’s great for realism. Overall, very nice!

Thank you for the kind words!
I have done most of the things you requested. Also, the build is not intended to be low-poly, all intended to be realistic. The hotel is loosely based on the Four Seasons Kuwait with the rooms being concept designed. I have created a nice, new, and unique facade.

Though for what you requested, I will try to use more meshes, thank you!

Thank you for your reply!

I have used different lighting techniques, such as ShadowMap and Voxel, though these gave me lighting glitches. I used future as well, but it ended up with some parts being bright and others being completely dark. I will mess around with the different styles of lighting, but thank you for the suggestion!

I literally love the design. Not sure if it’s intended but it looks like a classic game because of the skybox. Also in the last image the painting looks off.

It’s not centered between the wood and the ceiling piece and it’s on glass which doesn’t seem super realistic since the nail would have to be in the glass to hang it up.

Thank you for your feedback!

I fixed this shortly after the photo taking, so the painting is now on a wall. For the skybox, it looks well with the glass curtaining but I will try different ones to see which is best.

This is a good build! I have some quick recommendations to help with this build

image
I would try and make this window frames a bit smoother on the top and bottom so it doesn’t show that is is intruding with the other part of the building, or you would add some details on the top and bottom of those window frames to make it pop out a little bit more.

I would also try and adding some more details on the interior a little bit as well, (not that the interior is bad or anything) to draw the player in more and make for a better player experience. Now again I don’t know what kind of look you are trying to go for interior-wise so this may be subjective but adding some more details could help the build a little more.

But other than that, I love this build. Keep crushing it

Looks great, lighting looks a little dull though. Would probably look even better with better lighting.

Check in could use some extra detail or add more things to the checkin section in my opinion.

This looks amazing! The detail on the front is just

The sink looks a bit wonky and the bathroom area looks a bit basic but other than that, great job!

This does look very nice, i have a question for you though. Was this made with roblox studio or blender. And maybe you could center the “check in” words.

Roblox studio. It was quite easy, but I had to rotate the parts seperately

I first used ShadowMap at first, it was nice but there were spots of lighting that looked weird and ridiculously bright neon parts, so I switched.
